Terms of Service

By commissioning me you are agreeing to the terms below

GENERAL TERMS

· Live2D Commissions are always prioritized
· My ETA is 1-2 months depending on the difficulty of the design
· I have the right to turn down or cancel a commission (fully refunded)
· Refunds are not allowed if I already have progressed past 25% Completion.

PAYMENT TERMS

· Payments are Upfront or 50% of the total price
· Payment methods accepted: Ko-FI and Streamlabs
· Cancellation/Refunds only return 50% of what you paid for.

IMPORTANT TERMS

· I will personally inform you or a relative if something were to happen to me
· Doing commission is not my full time job. I study in college and work only during weekends
· If your commission has a deadline, extra fees may be added in as RUSH FEE
